Do you offer a warranty on electronic equipment?
Yes, all new electronic products come with a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty. Hermes Music also provides an additional 90-day store guarantee against any technical defects.
What is your return policy for audio interfaces and software?
Unopened hardware can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, software and hardware bundled with registered software cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the license is activated.
Can I finance my purchase?

How can I track my order?
