Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RA number is clearly visible, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
